The entire staff is friendly, professional, and literally take the time to know and understand the needs of their patients. I had some major work done and actually enjoyed my experience with Dr. Pielak and his assistants. Team Work and communication is a daily requirement which allows for a very thorough and complete dental experience. I was in their office for five hours having work done and got to witness a well run and well trained team perform their work. I was impressed with front desk staff, billing personnel, and up to the physician in the manner I was treated. The following day I also received a follow-up call to check on my condition.
